Information about Average Monthly Active Recipients in the European Union

In accordance with Article 24(2) of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), set forth below are the numbers of average monthly active recipients in the EU of intermediary services within the scope of that Article provided by Travix International (including CheapTickets, BudgetAir, Vliegwinkel, Vayama, Flugladen), calculated as an average over the period of 6 months up to and including 31 July 2024.

Numbers are based on the limited guidance provided by the DSA. The methodologies used to estimate the average number of monthly users will be adjusted based on the updated guidance from the European Commission. In accordance with the DSA, an active recipient of the service is any natural or legal person that has engaged with our services at least once in the given period. This includes users who have been exposed to information provided by our services, regardless if the user has made a transaction.

Average monthly count for Travix International is approximately 2 million.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the DSA, Travix has designated a single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.

Reporting illegal content

If you suspect that content on our website could be illegal, please report it via dsa@travix.com and include the following information; detailed explanation of why you find the content to be illegal, specific location to identify the content (URL), your name and email address. Additionally, please include a statement that the submitted information is accurate and complete.

Travix will prioritize Trusted flaggers.

Internal complaint handling system

Under Article 20 you have a right to lodge a complaint against our decisions, such as the decision to suspend or terminate the provision of the service, your account, or remove illegal content. Please file the complaint at dsa@travix.com.

Dispute resolution

You can contact the certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to help resolve any dispute relating to our decisions and actions relating to your account, content, or the outcome of your appeal. The decision is not binding for us.

Transparency report

Travix will publish a yearly transparency report as required under Article 15.
